Jigs and Fixtures

This fixture is used for checking the assembly of automotive seats. The positions of mounting holes and locating holes of the seat are tested. Also the orientation of the mounting legs of the seat frame is checked in the fixture. The welded seat frame assembly is loaded in the fixture as a completed seat assembly and is clamped in position. The actual assembly condition in the car is simulated in the fixture. After clamping the seat is checked for the mounting parameters and other functional parameters.
